Registration

Registration begins in May and typically closes in June for our July-October season. The most important first step is connecting with our Team Director to express your interest and confirm there’s a spot available for your Student-Athlete. If the team is full, we’ll put you on our wait list.

Once you have confirmed a spot, registration is a multi-step process that can be confusing, and we’re here to help. Please review these details and don’t be shy with any questions!

Step 1: Register in PitZone

Pit Zone is the secure, invitation-only online registration and database system for the National Interscholastic Cycling Association.

Accept your PitZone invitation, which will arrive via email
Complete all required information and participation agreement
Pay NICA, Idaho league and technology fees ($240)

Step 2: Pay EHSMTB TEam Fees

These fees are separate from the NICA and IICL fees and cannot be paid through PitZone. They help fund team essentials such as equipment, supplies and coach training.

Pay team fees through Venmo or personal check ($155)
Venmo: @EHSMTB; please include Student-Athlete’s name in payment note
Personal checks: make check out to EHSMTB and deliver to Team Director

Step 3: Complete Team Tasks

These items will ensure your Student-Athlete is ready to roll!

Complete Parent and Student-Athlete conduct acknowledgements
Try on sample jerseys at team kickoff meeting in May
Place jersey order in June (cost covered by team through Voler apparel)
More Voler gear is also available for purchase, like team shorts and jackets.
More team merch is available in season, such as T-shirts and hoodies.
